Chris Mitchell is the President at Oso Midstream and is engaged in the commercial development of new opportunities as well as the on-going support of commercial transactions.
Mr. Mitchell was formerly a Partner at Rimrock Energy Partners, engaged in the commercial development and support of the Pierce Gas Gathering and Processing System in the DJ Basin. Prior to Rimrock Energy Partners, Mr. Mitchell was President and Chief Operating Officer at Rimrock Midstream, engaged in the commercial development of Grand Mesa Pipeline and Platte River Crude Gathering as well as the construction and operation of the Platte River Crude Gathering System prior to the sale of each asset. He has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry developing and operating midstream infrastructure and as a principal of a leading environmental and hydrogeologic engineering firm. He has extensive experience with environmental permitting, remediation, compliance, and due diligence services in association with the construction, rehabilitation and operation of pipelines, terminals, processing plants and refineries. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
