Jeff Derner is the Chief Financial Officer at Oso Midstream overseeing accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management, insurance, and cash management.
Prior to Oso Midstream, Mr. Derner was the Chief Financial Officer at Rimrock Energy Partners where he was involved in the development of the Pierce Gas Gathering and Processing System in the DJ Basin. Mr. Derner has raised roughly $500 million in equity and debt capital in the midstream industry. Previously, Mr. Derner was the interim Chief Financial Officer for Beard Integrated Systems, a mechanical contractor that provides construction services to a broad portfolio of industry groups and was the Chief Financial Officer for DannyShane, a lifestyle cycling apparel brand. In addition to these management roles, he was a Managing Director at Millbrook Equity Partners, a boutique Private Equity Advisory business. Mr. Derner has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and investment strategy. He holds a BS in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
