Operations

Oso Midstream’s predecessors, Rimrock Energy Partners and Rimrock Midstream, were natural gas and crude oil focused companies engaged in the business of gathering, transporting, processing, storing and blending in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, which developments include the Pierce Gas Gathering & Processing System, Grand Mesa Pipeline and the Platte River Gathering System. In addition to developing multiple Greenfield projects, Rimrock Midstream successfully owned and operated the El Dorado Crude Oil Storage Facility and Lost River Transport, a crude oil trucking company.

Developed and constructed 200 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) gas processing plant with over 135 miles of pipeline

Platte River Gathering System

Developed and constructed crude gathering system of over 40 miles with the ability to deliver greater than 100M barrels per day

Sold majority interest to ARB Midstream in 2016

Grand Mesa Pipeline

Developed 675 mile, 20-inch crude pipeline capable of delivering 210M barrels per day to Cushing Crude Hub

El Dorado Crude Oil Storage Facility

Custom blended over 50mm barrels of crude oil for Holly Frontier for delivery to the Holly El Dorado Refinery

Lost River Transport

Operated a fleet of more than 60 crude oil transports in the Permian, SCOOP, STACK and DJ Basins
